  • Overview

    BMJ are seeking a Contact Centre Agent to join our Customer Services department. You will be a  first point of contact for all BMJ customers across the full range of BMJ  products. Using various methods which include telephone, email, social media channels  and LIVE chat.This role will be based in our Cardiff office.

    Responsibilities

    • Deal with all customer queries in an efficient and timely manner
    • Respond to enquiries via phone, email, webform and live chat.
    • Resolve any customer complaints
    • Provide support with product pricing and availability
    • Deliver front line customer service and support online products
    • Update details on CRM system and databases
    • Advocate change where processes can be improved and streamlined

    Qualifications

    • Frontline customer service experience
    • Experience of working with a CRM system (Salesforce would be advantageous)
    • Contact centre experience
    • Experience of working within an ever changing environment
    • Experience of working within a continuous improvement environment
    • Sound technology based skills
